I think Lee's basic strategy over the years has been to bounce sub continent batsmen out. This works against India pretty well, but we have better players of the hook & pull than india. It just ends up costing him runs. In the game before this he persisted with the short stuff to dilshan and got hammered. I remember Aravinda doing the same thing back in 2003ish as well.

yeah that point might be valid against india, maybe against PAK and BAN too, but what about SA, ENG and NZ? ZIM is an exception.
