Bell's saying "if no-one wants to give me 200k then I don't want to play." He's not saying he thinks he's worth that; he's saying that's what his time and effort is worth to him, and that if no-one will pay that he'd rather do something else.

Philander being so epically rubbish in limited overs cricket is one of the reasons he debuted in Tests so late; making the opposite mistake and getting him into limited overs side now would be just as silly.
