Butt/Amir/Asif - Spot Fixing Trial

Interesting to read he's speaking to his lawyers with a view to appealing against the 5 year ban.

Does seem rather Quixotic to me. Struggle to believe it's more likely to be overturned now he's a convicted criminal too.

I expect the conversation so far consists of the lawyers asking for 10k on account and Amir responding by asking for a no win no fee arrangement

What do you expect from the spastic who wore a legalize cannabis t-shirt to his trial?

Oh.....thanks Brumby.....I didn't know SJS was a lawyer
Makes perfect sense to me, SJS is from india/Bombay - if he
Successfully defends one match/spot fixer in Amir or Asif or helps in getting them ban reduced - imagine how many more po$$ible clients he can attract - I mean he can possibly own an IPL team in next 5 or so years. "sardar eleven":p :p

I don't think he will be able to get his ban reduced...he admitted to wrong doing himself..why would any judge overturn his ban...

At best this is a bad joke, and at worst it's trolling. Please no more posts like these, thanks.

Wasnt 5 years the minimum punishment for match fixing/ spot fixing.
I agree.. Some number of the Pakistani fans are too excited about the "potential" amir "had" and not worried about what kind of example it (letting amir go without maximum punishment) would set for next Amir or wasim.
