I think you are being disingenuous there by including the stats after the England tour. Pre England there wasn't much to chose between the two. Post that they have been traveling at the same speed in opposite direction.
There was plenty to choose between the two, and it was blindingly obvious to anyone who'd actually watched them bowl.

I won't say "I told you so" then
Haha Zinzan, gloat away mate. I'll cop it on the chin.

But don't come on here and say all the CW Indian fans are frontrunner fans who have run away again like you did after India's tour of England, because that was a dickhead move by you.

Can't generalise like that at all tbf.

Why should the 3% like you who hang around in bad times be tarred with the same brush as the 97% minority who pop their heads in for one post per test when their team is performing like ****e?

Would be manifestly unfair to do that.

No, the point is, you don't start a frickin' thread in Cricket Chat about it.
It's an absolutely stupid concept anyway. People aren't obliged to come on cricket forums when they don't feel like it ffs. I doubt that anyone actually thinks "well I really don't want to post on CW right now because my team copped a hammering but I better go and do it anyway because it's the right thing to do; time to face the music instead of doing something else I enjoy." It would be stupid if they did.

People come here to post when they have free time and they feel like discussing cricket. If they don't have free time or they don't feel like discussing cricket then they won't post - and yeah, I guess your team copping a belting might make you less in the mood to discuss cricket online, but so what? It'd make you a bad/fairweather fan if you actually stopped supporting your team, stopped caring, stopped watching etc, but posting on forums isn't a key part of being a fan, and if people only enjoy posting here when their team is winning well good for them.

Which time happens to coincide with when their team is winning.

What's wrong with pointing it out if it's true?

And it stands out like a sore thumb. Haven't been here for long but on my other haunt even the poms stick around when they are losing. I suppose they got used to it :p

But Clarke requested they take the 2 runs off the scoreboard didn't he?
Can they do that? I thought he said if he could take the runs back he would. he should give two extra to Tendulkar if the latter makes 98.

If they can start taking things back, I'd like a refund for Marsh's selection please.

Ashwin insisted, though, that they were not embarrassed by the performance in Australia. "Two teams play; one has to lose," he said. "It's fine. Nobody is embarrassed in the dressing room. Quite happy to keep coming out and keep trying again and again. Things will turn around some time. Nobody is embarrassed. Very sure about that."
