Elaborate?
All I am saying is Dubai is not the only country in the world with a poor human rights record. Anything more than that is beyond the scope of Cricket Chat. :)

If you are interesting in this topic, I would advise you to read a bit about the history and the political affairs of the nations I mentioned.

Well technically it's still cricket since your argument is that we shouldn't be playing in any of the aforementioned countries if we take human rights into account :p

No my argument is, we shouldn't be taking human rights into account because then we can't play cricket anywhere. Now if you want me to elaborate on the human rights violation committed by the nations of Australia, England, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, then that would be beyond the scope of Cricket Chat and perhaps, even a forum called CricketWeb.

Which is pretty much what I said.

Point taken nonetheless.

Any updates on Junaid Khan's fitness? I know he is in the squad but I hear a lot of talk about Cheema playing....I really don't want Cheema to be playing instead of Junaid or Riaz.

As for England, I really home Onions gets a game..I really liked this bloke when I saw him in South Africa and the Ashes in 09. He is much better than Finn in my view.

Please enlighten us as to the human rights abuses commited by the UK and Australia.

Nice try...I am not gonna get into that because as I said before, it is beyond the scope of a cricket forum. If you want we can talk about this elsewhere...via email or something. Or even better...I would advise a good history book.

If only one had to consult a history book to investigate human rights abuses in the UAE.

Pathetic comparison.

Ah, so the human rights abusees committed by Britain the name of Empire or by Australia in the 'White Australia' era are comparable to what's going on in the UAE in 2012?

Get ****ed.

Well you would need a history book because those nations have a history of human rights abuses. Just the current newspaper would not be sufficient.
