As he's currently in clink I'd have said appealing his gaol term would've been the first place to begin.

Would be hilarious if the ICC ban was overturned whilst he was still incarcerated. "You're free to play! But not free to play..."

can his ban by the ICC be overturned in this court?

Can any legal person shed some light on this? (Zaremba or Fred?). Anyone?

Pakistan should get over these 2 cheats, in an ideal world they should have taken 300+ wicckets @ 25 but its for their own fault there career been cut short. They are now as relevant as Fazal mehmood and Khan Mohammad.
