18 months is a long time. Half the side that ended up over here in 2009 wouldn't have been in with much of a chance 6-9 months before the series.

Lets be honest though, this is a great pitch for batting. 191 first dig is abysmal, not much the pacers can do here except keep things tight.

edit: Which they are failing miserably at. I think Dhoni is just waiting for the ball to get old so he can pray to Zaheer.

dhoni had said that not getting the tail out was the problem in the first test. they definitely seem to have solved that problem.

Which they're doing exceptionally badly with a steady feed of leg stump trash. The field settings aren't exaclty helping them though.
