And just bowl full outside off and wait? Then let them waste seaming conditions. The ball never swings or seams indefinitely, a dot ball in that situation invariably favours the batsman.

In reality the bowler will just bowl straighter and you can play a shot that doesn't get you out a ridiculous proportion of the time.
