A seamer would be dropped for that but because someone spins the ball we're supposed to think that is anything else than very. very ordinary

well this is a strange point. that average of 33 is pretty decent. you're not getting better than that if you play a leg spinner. it's pretty clear currently the two best options spin wise are lyon and hauritz. you may not like right arm off spin, but those are the facts. i just happen to think hauritz will match that - as he has - while also batting at 8. but if you think frickin boyce should play instead then well.....

edit indeed, siddle averages 32 odd. he hasn't been dropped.
