Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the most hideous of them all

Matthew Bell and Adam Bacher weren't much fun to look at either. Old highlights of Kepler Wessels that you see on Foxtel don't do much for the eye either - and that's just usually showing boundaries!

actually even cook is awful to watch.

Dhoni's idiosyncracies sort of make up for his awful technique. the helicopter shot is just fun to watch

Collingwood by a mile, makes Chanderpaul look graceful. His only have decent looking shot was his leg glance.

Yeah Collingwood managed to look fairly horrid even when he was playing good shots.

Was a Hampshire batsman called Paul Whitaker who I only have vague memories of but had the most ridiculous backlift I have ever seen.

Always found something rather offensive about Phil Mustard as well, probably because of the dire 50 he hit against Hampshire in a one day final a few years ago.

Speaking of county players, Chesney Hughes is one of the biggest heave and hope players I've ever seen. For some reason reminds me of Pollard but without the shot selection

That West Indian opener Adrian Griffith was distinctly unlovely technique-wise, as was Trevor Franklin, although there was something admirable about him

wasn't ghastly per se but the thought of tavare at the crease still gives me nightmares. he had boredom down as a deadly weapon.

Not a proper batsman, but was an effective tailender: Embers. His patented "four defensive prods followed by a shovel over midwicket for two" was enthrallingly ugly.

You're being grossly unfair on him. He had the full array of strokes at his disposal: the prod, the nudge, the bunt, the shovel, the nurdle, the scoop, the chip and, when he was feeling particularly impish, the flick.
