Hussey is workmanlike and efficient and gutsy - Gower is classy - you would think that Gower would win - I think there is a recency effect here.

Favouritism obviously has elements of bias in it. Personally I show bias to 'current' players because I've seen them play tons of games and have grown to like them more than guys I've only watched a handful of youtube clips of. This bias could go the other way as well in the case of guys like Sreesanth
What I'm basically saying is they are my favoured cricketers, the factors that make them my favourites are irrelevant.

Having a favourite isn't just about their performance, or how classy they look in their element. It's also about their personality or character. That's why I voted Hussey because he is such a great guy.
