I pity QLD tbh. I mean look at that top 3. Get an overseas batsmen ffs. For the other 5 states' sake.

Fun fact: With over 150 wickets at under 30 James Hopes is currently one of the top 3 regular domestic bowlers.

(indeed Hopes, Swan and Magoffin would probably be the best FC attack if it were to ever play together. Almost makes up for the horrible batting.

Pretty ****ty bit of batting by the captain to be fair, Broad doesn't look much better, early days in the season I suppose. The bowling has been excellent though.

As I write this Broad smacks one back over Pattinsons head...

I've only ever really seen his stats and not seen a lot of him live, but is Broad always this loose?

Once again as I write this he's just nailed a lofted straight drive...

No Broad is not always that loose at all, it looked like a definite tactic of his to go after the bowling a bit.

I thought it was a good move, but he didn't always pick the right balls to play expansive shots. Broad really needs to limit his dot balls more than hitting fours though for him to be a better OD player.
