Restart at 7:30. Would imagine that's another 7/8 overs off, leaving us 39/40 overs to get something in the region of 260-270.

270? 240 would be reasonable.
240 would be the most ridiculous thing on earth, as it would require us to score at lower a run rate from fewer overs.

As it's apparent from that post that you are not aware of the factors involved in adjusting targets, I'm not going to go into justifying the revisions.

You would have thought if they take 10 overs off, it's should be at least worth 50 runs, 5 rpo, so something around 255 would be fair.
