Yep, been brainless cricket from England. Bowling to plans and to a field was a big part of winning the T20 World Cup. As was having 5 definite bowling options who would all regularly bowl their quote. The 5th bowling quota is a definite weak area in the team they've picked.

It's not like he hasn't ever played these types of innings. When he was batting at 5 and keeping in ODI's he played a few gems coming in during the slog - striking at 150+ but all classy shots.
