Does Shakib have something against Mahmudullah? Has always been underutilised both as batsman and bowler. I remember him batting very well against India.

Tamim and Kayes have proved to be a pretty decent opening pair. I suppose Ashrafail and Razzak weaken it a bit.

Siddique and pretty much anyone for Razzak would strengthen the batting a fair bit.

Bangers batting is their strong point. Tamim, Shakib, Mahmudullah and Rahim are all good players and are probably all better than their respective averages. They will miss Junnaid Siddique though as he is the one man prepared to bat for a long time and graft for his runs which many of them don't or can't do.

Nafees used to be capable of doing that but he has been poor in the last few years while Siddique improved drastically.

Can anyone tell me why Zimbabwe didn't pick Meth or Cremer? Picking Vitori and Jarvis because they're fast and young ftl. If you're gonna do that, at least pick Chatra, who gunned it at FC cricket last year, which Jarvis and Vitori didn't.

Cremer is injured. Meth lost out to Jarvis(which is ****ing pathetic) and Vitori deserves to be in the team after having put on some good performances against Aus A and is Zim's secret weapon because the Bangers don't know a thing about him.
