It's balls like that one that make me wince with Kumar.

When he overpitches he looks cod ordinary. KP clips it to the fence. Lovely shot for his 150.

& then a beautiful straight drive, no blame to the bowler there, high quality shot.

Fair play to Praveen.

What's the plan for tonight then? Keep going? Try and grind them into the dust? Or up the rr and get bowled out in search of quick runs, with an eye to bowling tonight?

The commentators said bad light would come into play, I can't imagine why with those floodlights and a nice evening.

Well bowled Praveen, showed great mental strength after an unlucky bowling performance yesterday. Exactly what his team needed.

Becoming a bit of a fan of the fella

Also 40 overs christ. What a hero

Why do bad balls from him bother you more than bad balls from Ishant or Sree? Particularly since he bowls far less of them then them both.

Bad balls will be put away whether they're 130kph or 140kph. Sometimes pace will let you get away with it, but not at the pace the other Indian bowlers bowl at, which begs the question, why is Praveen's pace even an issue? He's not blocking out a bowler bowling at 145-150kph.

Because his bad balls look utterly awful. Him overpitching negates his swing, so he looks like a 70mph club hack when he does.

He's like the little girl who had a little curl.

Because a guy bowling bad balls at Praveen's pace looks really rubbish.

Exactly

Ishant has been bowling the wrong length for 2 full ****ing days and people worry about a couple of half volleys delivered to a guy he "got out" 100 runs ago

The problem is not Kumar - it's the rest and the fielding

What does it matter how it looks? It should be 4 whatever it looks like.

EDIT: At BB and GF. And that LBW appeal pleased me.
