was he really? he was muscular, sure. and had a v shaped body and all that. but akram and imran were both 6 3 fast bowlers. i'd always back the big man over the smaller man.

Imran was 6 1 and Wasim was 6 3. Wasim filled up in his later years but Viv was powerfully built.

Imran was a regular at the gym too but not as muscular as Viv

the guy who would have actually had viv for breakfast was his own captain....the big cat! think he would have had anyone playing cricket at that point for breakfast!

Not sure about that......usually muscles = strength in the minds of most. Not sure I have seen a more muscular cricketer than Viv Richards. Clive Lloyd was the bigger man but stronger I am not sure? The one guy I think who would have beaten the crap out of probably any cricketer is Matthew Hayden.

Maybe Inzy would give Matthew Hayden a run for his money :laugh:

Haydos more of a beach weights man, tbh.

JL the hardest nut to play cricket for Australia ever, would back him to dismember just about any other cricketer. Bit surprised he never took his BJJ more seriously.
