Hmm, I am still picking the players based on how I rate them. When I picked Hadlee, I could have picked Viv Richards if I thought about votes. But Hadlee is one of my all time favourites, couldn't overlook him

Ooh, I'm stuck among a great all-rounder, a great fast bowler, and a very good wicketkeeper-batsman.

Choosing the all-rounder may open a can of worms in the next 2-3 picks.

The only reason I may choose the wicketkeeper-batsman is that I might not find a good one later.

But I believe that choosing the great fast bowler will be a safe option - I shall end up with a great opening bowling pair, and there won't be much of an exposure in the next 2-3 picks.

Actually in terms of CW opinion both would be equal or if anything Hadlee would be the more popular pick.

Just looked it up and you're absolutely right. Always thought that they did play together. Somehow linked it to Sobers and Lillee playing and Chappell being captain. I assume it was Ian who played against Sobers instead.

Ah, this wouldn't have happened had I taken the fast bowler! I shouldn't have left it on others not to give away Sobers within a few picks!

Anyways, at least I've got a top-class bowler like Botham as first-change, not to mention his match-winning efforts with the bat!
