Eh?Salman's time is up. smalishah has 2 hours 10 minutes to go before Marcuss is up.
I think you can post your pick with that site since a scorecard is a scorecard and the same record will probably be there in cricinfo as well. I'd prefer cricinfo as much as possible though.By the way, one request from my side. Since I don't have access to cricinfo in my office, can we do this using howstat scorecards plaese?
HowSTAT! Match List Menu
Yeah marc is right, its still salman's turn by my reckoning.Salman's time is up. smalishah has 2 hours 10 minutes to go before Marcuss is up.
WHAt????Salman's time is up. smalishah has 2 hours 10 minutes to go before Marcuss is up.
How does it work in this when someone misses their go, do they just swap places in the order?WHAt????
just logged in to see this terrible message...........when does my turn start......Salman's record has been quite bad in these kinds of drafts
Salman's time has gone just about half an hour back. You have approximately 11.5 hours to make your pick.WHAt????

haha.............Obv my anti-Pakistani bias speaking.
TBF, no idea why I thought so. Must have gone with 6 hour blocks for some reason.
As per the rules, they pick once they login. I'm starting to think that G I Joe's suggestion that they go to the back of the line has some merit. How does it work in this when someone misses their go, do they just swap places in the order?
No please. That'll serve no purpose except increasing their chances of missing the pick second time too.As per the rules, they pick once they login. I'm starting to think that G I Joe's suggestion that they go to the back of the line has some merit.
Yes, exactly. No please. That'll serve no purpose except increasing their chances of missing the pick second time too.
I've edited the rules on this. They have to have played at least 10 tests post 1900. Didn't think of mentioning it, but yes, only 1900 scorecards are allowed. Will add that last bit it.Yes, exactly.
Also, can we clarify, is it players to have played any Tests before 1900 are banned? Seems unfair to cut out the likes of Barnes, Trumper, Rhodes, Hill and the rest of that period of cricketing history. If you don't want to go to the 19th century, just say we can only post scorecards from 1900 onwards.
I'll tell you what someone could have done if he were first up this draft. He'd rather have Gilchrist than Dravid. So he'd just wait out his window, let the second guy pick Dravid, then he'd walk into the thread, apologise for the delay, and pick Gilchrist. This is a scenario that could theoretically play out at any stage of the draft, be it to pick a preferred player or to avoid selecting from a difficult era.No please. Bad choice of scorecard, mate!
An easy solution for this can be to force him to select from the original scorecard.I'll tell you what someone could have done if he were first up this draft. He'd rather have Gilchrist than Dravid.
