*Official* - India in West Indies

Saw the entire day at my neighbor's place sitting on his exercise cycle with the TV on mute. Off and on cycling for 6 hours means the calorie meter on it read 1344.8 and I have an incredibly sore arse even now.
Yeah right. "Exercise cycle".

Yep there isn't that much help for the bowlers. Some very ordinary batting though.

I actually like Sammy as a captain but he simply does not do enough as a player for me. They would have an amazing bowling attack if they left him out. The likes of Roach, Russell, Taylor and Edwards should be easy selections.
There's a bit of spin and bounce but the Indian performance mainly owed to some good bowling and poor batting - No demons from the pitch necessarily.

I'd have Rampaul in that list as well. He deserves it now

Definitely no demons in the pitch.

Credit to WI, and India played poorly. Sometimes cricket is simple.

If I had my way (God willing) teams wouldn't be able to score over 350 runs on any given pitch and a tough 4th innings chase would be anything in the three figure range

Could see Samuels coming in for Nash if he keeps failing though.
To be honest, I'm surprised that both Nash and Lil Bravo are playing ahead of Samuels, given that Marlon played reasonably well in the last Test, on a turner against Pakistan at Warner Park....

He made a half-century, which Nash and Bravo failed to do for the entire series. I suspect he was dropped for his celebration with Gayle in the final ODI.

Nash has also been appointed VC though. Like Sammy, he's an automatic selection atm. I'd give Nash a few more chances before binning him but there's some competition in the middle order so he needs to get a move on.
