Harby WAG!!!

Lee did not help matters by flaring up the sardarji!!!

1 down, 2 more to go...

And then I can forever say goodbye to silly colored pajama cricket....

Is Harsha Bhogle paid to plug Twatter or something? Seems to bang on endlessly about it during every match.

This.. At the end of the day, as much as I want the Indian stars to play with the youngsters in IPL, the least people can do is condense the time period and make more sense with the travel schedule and ban the stupid commercial appearances these guys have to do as part of all this or at least minimize them.. After parties and stuff be damned, and also give them a bit of rest straight after the IPL at least so that they can recover..
This.

If IPL can be reduced to a 2-3 week tournament, I will be willing to look at the positives of increased earnings for young cricketers etc.

"Excellent captaincy by Tendulkar today" - How many said that 8-)
Man Bun this is getting tiring mate. The world isn't against Tendulkar.

Ponting captaincy fans used to say this too. He'd often get criticised (including by me, a lot) but when he did something right he wasn't praised at all on CW.

That's life. The errors get more attention than the good moves.

It isn't just Tendulkar.

99% of the time, limited overs captaincy is about not making howlers and there weren't any yesterday from Tendulkar's side. It's not about blowing the audience's mind away with funky field settings and bowling changes. That's why captains like Ponting and Dhoni that are generally considered a bit "unimaginative" in Tests have done so well in the shorter format. Whether that's worthy of praise or not is your shout. Oh, and having the better team helps as well.

MI's performance in the field was quite good, they got the batting order right for once and most importantly their approach at the start of the chase was spot on. Made heavy weather of it towards the end, but that was due to some panic in the middle-order.

And two dire decisions.... Rayudu and Pollard weren't out.
