Was he creating any chances...movement etc?

It's strange, but he's not bowling with much variation atm it seems

Not too much really. Rampaul was getting more bounce and a little bit of movement. Roach hasn't troubled Pakistan batsmen much recently, they seem to play his type of bowling well.

This is a pretty decent total considering how W. Indies have batted against Ajmal so far TBH.. and no Chanderpaul makes that WI lineup look even more vulnerable.
Yeah, don't be surprised to see the Windies bowled out for 200....

7 to 8 overs is not a long spell I would think.

And Pakistan batting is probably the worst of all test playing nations in the world. Add to that the woeful fielding and you have a disastrous package. The real test is coming up for WI when India land in the carribbean. We'll see then what stuff Rampaul is made of.

P.S. Tbf it will be a test for all the WI bowlers
Interesting to hear that, because at the start of this current series, we were hearing how the Windies were the worst, and were likely to get beaten in every match, etc.
Nobody is saying that Windies will beat India. Windies fans always knew that the real test will obviously be against the number one team in the world. But to say that India will crush Windies easily in Tests is jumping the gun a wee bit....

Actually at the start of the series it was thought that Younis Khan would be in the side. He pulled out at the last minute. The difference between the two sides batting was really only Younis Khan IMO and Misbah.

Bowling wise I would still rate Pakistan above. Pak fielding is just terrible. No competition there for the WI

And the Windies have been without Gayle and the injured Barath, who are key automatic picks for the side in all forms of the game....

Add to that Jerome Taylor picking the IPL ahead of the Windies, and you see a side that's also missing players.

As for Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard, while they could make the limited overs side, they were not likely to be selected for the Test team.

Saying that Pakistan have the worst batting line out of all Test Playing nations is stretching it to the next level.

Our batting line is better than Bangladesh, and even marginally ahead of NZ and WI.The fact that this series has seen our batsmen exposed does not automatically make this the worst batting unit in the Test Playing world.

Ravi Rampaul's turn around has been nothing short of amazing. The guy used to be an absolute hack with the ball but suddenly he has turned into a gun. Confidence must be real high now, especially after having such a bad start.

Agree with the part in bold. India will probably lose the first test (as they always seem to do) and then go on to win the next two.

That's true but this pitch seems to be a lot flatter than the one they played in the last game.

It's a better one for batting than the last one, but it's taking turn and offering decent bounce. Both pitches have been good ones in this series.

That's the first boundary of Salman's cricketing career.Probably the last one too unless some fielder is kind enough of throw the ball towards the boundary after fielding it.

And there goes Rehman. The Gods must love Sammy.

And there goes Mohammad Salman.

This guy needs to take some batting tips from Walsh.

Kick him out.Bring in Sarfaraz or Adnan.
