No way Saheba is good enough. He's just crap. Of course everyone makes mistakes but Saheba takes it to a different level altogether.

Serious question - who was the last decent umpire from our country?
Among the current lot, Sanjay Hazare is quite good, IMHO. Don't really know how he has been during this IPL; in the domestic FC games that I watched, he looked like a fine umpire. As an aside, he is the nephew of Vijay Hazare; took to umpiring after a fairly undistinguished FC career.

Ananthapadmanabhan too, but then he is very new on the job at the FC level.

Pune's bowling line up is good, they might just edge this if they can pick up early wickets.

Hariharan is another one who isn't too bad.

Watson really is one of the most amusing players of spin you'll ever see.

Looks flat flooted and mediocre for a few balls, then boom.

Menaria seems a better long term bet to Saurabh Tiwary in terms of the type of batsman they are.

Menaria is a good player; was captain of the India Under-19 team. Got injured quite badly during his first FC season, and all credit to Rajasthan Cricket Association, they sent him to Germany to get treated. He came back from injury and repaid the state by helping them win their maiden Ranji Trophy this year. Scored a good century in the Ranji final.

He actually scored Consecutive centuries in the QF,SF and Finals of the Ranji Trophy, IIRC.

A wicket maiden at this point of the match is absolutely incredible. Especially bowling to Ross Taylor!

Karthik has been really bad today.

And Poor captaincy from Yuvraj again.

Should have given the over to Mccullum or bowled himself with Karthik struggling the way he was.
