Surely Yorkies can't win now, can they? nearly nine an over, and I refuse to believe Pyrah can keep up his good form, he'll always be **** to me. Like um, Chopra and Rikki Clarke.

I thought his first 4 overs were very good, very quick always around 90mph, just that one shot that went for 6. Finished with 4/54, but it was clear after that first, fast spell, he either tired a little, or decided to not push it as hard, he dropped his pace down to 83/85mph.

Well Yorkshire's batsmen need to have a long look in the mirror, that performance is embarrassing and it seems they can't help themselves, put in a good performance then throw it all away with a collapse. I thought it was a blow losing Rudolph but I also thought we had the players who could step up this season and make a name for themselves. I know it's early but the signs are not good so far.
Siddey seems to have turned himself into a all rounder, all of a sudden and Pyrah keeps showing some of the other players how to bat.

Yes, like I said I don't know whether it was, through fitness that his pace dropped, or he was managing his body but I'd love, for Jones to play the whole season, with no serious injuries, he deserves it.

I don't remember what Jones was like in 2005, but some people just don't have it in them to go quick in their second spell. Shaun Tait is the perfect example, Ishant Sharma is another.

Terrible start to the season for Worcestershire, how did we mess it up against Warwickshire.... cannot see us winning more then 1 match in division 1

Still at least we have a young team so we will get better in the near future.....Hopefully

Looks in decent touch. Very wristy player. Hard to know what to make because the Sweaties' bowling looks ploppy.

Taylor really impressed me today. Such an eager runner between the wickets, twos all around the wicket, Hussey-esque. Pulled a Dilscoop at the end, presumably just for fun. Love the guy.

Taylor really does seem the real deal, great temperament and has a very sub continent batting style, uses his feet well and is very wristy, he's great at manipulating the field.
England have got to get him in the side, in the 50 over stuff this year at some point.
