*Official* Australia in Bangladesh

I sometimes struggle to feel compassion for fans that throw rocks at the opposing teams bus
Then you realise that they are a minority of the hundreds 150+ million fans.

Bangladeshi fans were amazing during the World Cup. Turned out no matter who was playing and made the atmosphere great.

Unless I'm mistaken, Aus have never put 300 on Bangladesh. So they will tread new ground today.

Razzak you are a gun.

Should have chucked $2 on Bangers when they were at $67 after 11 overs. 11 overs! $67!!!

Clarke set to "experimental" mode it would seem.

Shock: Mid-on to Clarke saves lots of runs.

Bangladesh can probably be relieved that the record totals etc. may not materialize now.

Quite an amazing turnaround in the freedom with which Australia's top order have batted in this series compared to the plodding around in the WC against the likes of Zimbabwe etc. On pretty similar tracks as well.

Obviously because at other times I've expressed sympathy for the fans. Was a pretty poor thing though

O'Keefe is more ready for international cricket imo. Adds more in the bowling department and can also bat more then well enough for the lower order.

Has anyone else noticed Shuvo looks like his head could be turned upside down and his beard looks like head hair?

Wow. So much SSmith hate on cricinfo. It's not like he has a brace of FC tons or anything, no...

EDIT: You know you've had a rough day when success is "getting the RR below 7"...

The discussion of Smith reminds me so much of the way people talked about Watson circa 02/03.

He's going to be a very good player. The exposure he gets right now will help him a lot, simple as that.

You don't produce exceptional international performers out of nowhere, it takes time to learn the game at the international level.

A lot of it is to do with the fact that he's a leggie, so sends down more pies than normal, and draws unfortunate comparisons with a certain other, and also that his technique is not the most orthodox.

And of course that his role in the team seems a bit "bits and pieces" which a lot of people look down on.
