*Official* - Pakistan in New Zealand 2010/2011

That bloke will score a hundred now.

Now I don't want to sound like a red blooded NZ fan (which I kinda am:p), but the umpiring decisions, for both sides, have been an absolute disgrace and it is unacceptable for umpires to be making so many wrong decisions in the premier form of the game.

In fact, if the umpires had everything right, we might be looking at two completely different test matches. Younis Khan could have scored a bug hundred the other day and Pakistan could be going for the NZ jugular.
And on the first day if McCullum hadn't got a shocker nz might've pushed for a huge 1st innings score. But whatever, it's all hypothetical now.

Honestly, the standard of umpiring in this series has to be the worst I've ever seen in a home series. Shocking.

Yep.

But that deviation was from the back of the bat and was hard to gauge or hear live from a front one view.
Nah, it was a huge deviation. Couldn't have come from pad, because his bat was in the way. I can't see how anyone could not see it.

It's like touring Australia pre 2008.

Well, well. That first wicket ought to have put Pakistan on the defensive but Hafeez is clearly not going to die wondering here. Great to see both sides going for the win. This could be a cracker.

Stop bowling outside the off ****ing stump Martin. Deadset the most annoying thing to see a bowler do when going for the win.

Nah he's not baiting - his role in the universe is just to repeatedly post the opposite of what I think. So now you know I think it was obviously out.

Actually i think it was out too. It was real obvious after the replay, tbf.

But it was hard to tell live.

Probably touched a raw nerve of some Anxious Kiwi's here but did not say anything that wasn't really obvious, tbh.

A feisty start to day five, and it's good entertainment!

Love a bit of chat, NZ keen to get stuck into the Pakistan batsmen, they're responding by playing their shots and trying to chase their target down as soon as possible, a good positive approach.

It's an important game, nice to see them all fired up.

That missed snick was a bad one. Yes he hit his pad with his bat to add a slight degree of difficulty into the decision but was a big enough deflection to make it a straight forward one for the umpire you'd think. Perhaps these umpires should be praised, they're willing to fall on their sword with some shocking decisions to show the ICC how vital it is the UDRS is implemented without discussion!

Said earlier was looking forward to seeing Taufeeq bat. Well, there was something happening every ball while he was at the crease!

No it wasn't. The extent of the deviation was obvious live (Reece Young took it by his right ankle ffs and was obviously wrong footed). There's no way an exclusively in swing bowler like Martin is going to get the ball to move away like that on his own. The umpire should've known that. A shocker.
