Yeah, the fact that so many pies have been served up at the other end has obviously been to his detriment a great deal. However ,as you say, it's the fact that whilst keeping things tidy enough and fairly steady that he hasn't looked remotely threatening that is the crux of the matter.

Good decision, though. He sensed the axe and deserves to go of his own accord, so pleased for him. True gritty English legend, even if he is a mackem.

He's always been a trenchant buffoon, has Both.

Was disappointing from the young lad, but "cheat" is such an ugly accusation to bandy about.

I'm sure you're right but even on a helpful deck with two strikers bowling their bollocks off in Perth, he managed to bowl the most overs of all bowlers and look pedestrian. Needs some poles for Tassie to get his confidence up, don't think he's taken many for them in the past 3 years even. And if he cant take wickets at a lower level....

I know it's been said before, but the speed gun at the SCG must be broken. No way in the world is Hilfenhaus bowling at 89 mph in this over.
