Milne's the fastest bowler we've had in NZ since Bond for mine. The likes of Butler (version1), Gillespie & McKay have hit mid to late 140s at times, but not145+ every ball of the over. This assuming the speed-gun is accurate & the fact Mills just hit 138, has me doubtful
