India would've won anyways IMO, but would've been much better contest if UDRS was available tbh.
And the first test would have been a much better contest had India won the toss or the conditions would have been not so different on the first day and the rest of the test.

Lol, yeah.

There does seem to be an unusual amount of decisive prank-umpiring in their matches though since they threw their sparkly new technological toy out of the pram. Just thinking back to that Australia match where Ishant got a complete shocker that effectively handed the match to Australia then Ojha got away with missing one that was hitting middle halfway up to hand it back to India.
There was actually a full over of horrible decisions in the NZ series. Two shocking LBWs went against Indian batsmen and then the over was called off after only 5 balls. It cuts both ways and it's disappointing both ways

Ah, classic, classic quick (well, fast-medium) bowling. Put the tailender on the backfoot with some short stuff, then pitch one up that swings to boot.

Be a shame if the umpires' incompetance overshadows what's been a great bowling display.

Yeah Vettori got two of the most horrible LBWs in his favour when bowling. Was God-awful umpiring.

No Indian fan (bar a couple) disagrees that the UDRS should be used and the BCCI are being dicks. But some of the posting in this thread is disgraceful

Pathetic stuff from Prince, why the heck is he not taking his chances? Same with boucher in the first innings. Dire stuff really.

AB de Villiers has no freaking right to feel hard done by a bad decision. The dude got four lives in that last test against Pakistan.

It's the ICC's fault. They haven't got the balls to ensure shocking decisions are eradicated when they have the technology available. Makes cricket a laughing stock & as Brumby said, it can end up over-shadowing a team's victory.
