oh its on now punkHe was a good batsman. He wasn't awesome though, so being "almost as good" isn't anything to write home about.

FFS how far behind is my stream? cricinfo hasn't updated it either...
Yeah that was me. Not so much a criticism, as it seems to work ok. Just looks a bit weird.Agree with whoever criticized Broad's action. Don't like the way his left hand falls away at all.
Reckon his back was ok today. Wish it was worse as he mightn't have gotten near Anderson's delivery it if he was more limited in his movementFor me he is just playing on with an injury against a pretty good bowling attack and its something that's doing no good to either him or the team.
North is pretty consistent, probably more so than any other batsman in the Australian team. It's just not the type of consistency you want from a middle order batsman.North is not terrible he just needs to add consistency. A couple of 30s and 40s between those hundreds and his record would be pretty good. He only averages like 3 runs less than Symonds did and he seems to be playing really badly.

True thatNorth is pretty consistent, probably more so than any other batsman in the Australian team. It's just not the type of consistency you want from a middle order batsman.
North will sweep, a guy will do that when on a 100.Swann has created one chance which cook blew. Beyond that he has been handled well by the Aussies. Swann just needs to bowl the same ball over and over again and wear out North's patience with leaving those close ones outside off stump.
At the fact that North's getting runs? Or the start of the game?
