How very un-Lara-esque, Bravo. Dire.
yeah lets go back to Runako Morton.Light meters were out as well. Still not sure what Nash brings to the side.
Stability in the middle order? I mean, his runs against Australia alone showed some of the best fight and determination I've seen from a WI cricketer this side of Chanderpaul.Light meters were out as well. Still not sure what Nash brings to the side.
I guess that's why Sarwan got left out? he only averages in the high 40s!! .Stability in the middle order? I mean, his runs against Australia alone showed some of the best fight and determination I've seen from a WI cricketer this side of Chanderpaul.
In this WI team, an average in the high 30s is kind of a big deal.
Well i'm watching on the TV and it looked dakrer than it was when SL was given the bad light yesterday!! , so imo we were robbed of two wickets by the umpires today!!..Just had a peek outside and the light isn't that bad. The grounds are very close to office as well. Its a bit murky but I reckon they can still play. Definitely not as bad as the last two days.
Light was certainly offered to Sangakkara yesterday!! .Was light offered to the batsmen ? I thought that rule had been abolished ?
But the rule has been abolished, hasn't it ? Can someone please confirm ?Light was certainly offered to Sangakkara yesterday!! .
Disagree. Can see out the window right now and it was definitely worse yesterday.Well i'm watching on the TV and it looked dakrer than it was when SL was given the bad light yesterday!! , so imo we were robbed of two wickets by the umpires today!!..
Rule abolished and light was not offered. They just walked off yesterday after the umpires made their decision. But the rule has been abolished, hasn't it ? Can someone please confirm ?
With all due respect you would say that!!.. your an SL fan!! , but needless to say i totally disagree, imo it wasn't that dark yesterday when the players came off.Disagree. Can see out the window right now and it was definitely worse yesterday.
THE LIGHT WAS OFFERED TO SANGAKKARA!!, the umpires had a word with him and suddenly they were like a bunch of mates trotting off the pitch, even the commentators said it was offered to them. But the rule has been abolished, hasn't it ? Can someone please confirm ?
EDIT : Thanks Himanv, I just saw your post. I do remember New Zealand batsmen being offered light at least once in the recently concluded test series, though. The umpires have to make sure they are consistent.
All we need to do is avoid the follow on (we're 15 runs away) and stick around until lunch and the draw will be very much on, when you look at the whether conditions we won't be getting two full days of play imo.Wonder if bravo n baugh can stitch together and take them past 250. Clearly the lankans are favorites to take the match.
