Learned from Razzaq instead IMO.Not taking the single?
Obviously not learned anything from VVS Laxman. HAVE FAITH IN YOUR PARTNER!
Perera didn't play a stupid shot as such; he's just ****house at trying to defend, evidently. If I was a SL fan this would piss me off more than make me happy. Silva, Sanga (though he was awesome before it) and Perera were pitiful.
The pitch had no demons. Chase was very gettable.
Shaun Marsh tweaked his back while battingIs someone injured? I see the run-out was by a sub.
I think Darsh is off..Is someone injured? I see the run-out was by a sub.
Pitiful isn't just stupid though. Missing a ball by a bat's length is pitifulPerera didn't play a stupid shot as such; he's just ****house at trying to defend, evidently.
He seems to have had a lot of injuries, for a pure batsman.Shaun Marsh tweaked his back while batting
I knew he was basically a slogger but I was still stunned that a man with a First Class average over 40 in pretty bowler-friendly conditions generally could have such an awful defence. It has to be somewhat of an aberration because the vast majority of tailenders in Shield cricket have a better defence than that.Pitiful isn't just stupid though. Missing a ball by a bat's length is pitiful
But yeah agreed.
