I really don't think he'd be of much use.I think Williamson should be playing.

He would have done better than Stewart IMO, and his bowling might have come in handy in these conditions.I really don't think he'd be of much use.
Hes got a much better record than stewart at leastI really don't think he'd be of much use.
You wouldn't have thought so, but I'm too lazy to look it up to confirm.Have Bangladesh ever done back-to-back wins against test playing nations outside Windies Z (and possibly WC 07)?
He's good at whacking the spinners too, though I'm not sure how he'd go in conditions like this.Never thought I'd say this again but Franklin would make a better lower order hitter.
Scored well in English List A. Even made a score at number three!
Correction, looked relatively comfortable against the Bang seamers in NZ on flat ODI wickets, couldn't envisage him doing much against their spinners in these conditions, could you?Looked pretty comfortable against this lot. Dire against Aussie obviously. So was Stewart funnily enough.
But I'm always going to pump for Pinga.
Effective finisher for Canterbury.
Canterbury aren't very good...
Yep.Correction, looked relatively comfortable against the Bang seamers in NZ on flat ODI wickets, couldn't envisage him doing much against their spinners in these conditions, could you?
Whether we like it or not, Franklin is one of the best NZ batsmen in all 3 forms, just ashame his test bowling went to the dogsNever thought I'd say this again but Franklin would make a better lower order hitter.

Give Bangladesh some credit too they have been fielding very well too.Simply a wow moment for me...not that Bangladesh is a walk in the park..but they are making NZ look pretty darn bad here..
Think they have always been rated a very good fielding unit.Give Bangladesh some credit too they have been fielding very well too.
It *might* be on the way back looking at his County figures.Whether we like it or not, Franklin is one of the best NZ batsmen in all 3 forms, just ashame his test bowling went to the dogs
He looked alright in this game.Correction, looked relatively comfortable against the Bang seamers in NZ on flat ODI wickets, couldn't envisage him doing much against their spinners in these conditions, could you?
It's not about one game though it's about consistent performances, kinda like what the ICC rankings are all about... I'm sorry I can't say that with a straight face.He looked alright in this game.
