*Official* New Zealand in Bangladesh 2010

Aritro

International Regular
He's Bowling different than he was vs England, vs England he was bowling like Collingwood but today his Action seems to Resemble Shakib's when he first burst on to the scene as the 3rd Leg of Rafiqe/Razzak/Shakib Trio.

He's Angling it in
Thanks for that mate. I'm gutted I have to work during this.

International 12th Man
If I was Shakib I'd put in couple fielder close to the batsmen put even more pressure

Mirpuir is pretty loud for only being 25% Capacity

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm feeling so glad right now that we're not in the same pool as Bangladesh in the World Cup.

I reckon Bangladesh could give Pakistan and the Windies a run for their money at home tbh.
Nah, Pakistan's seamers will blow away Bangla's batsman (provided they're allowed to play), and their batsmen are experienced enough at playing spin to not be humiliated like our mob have been.

And I think Gayle will most likely have the Bangla bowlers for breakfast, though you never know. .

Asif and Aamer aren't coming back, and the Pakistani's don't have much behind them. Their batting is simply dire these days.

As for the WI: as McCullum/Taylor/Ryder show, one or two players doesn't make a batting order.:p

Pakistan? Seamers? What seamers? LOL!

As for Gayle, he will...he will until Shakib Al Awesome PWNS him!

Too many singles being allowed here. I am not liking this at all! Had the idiot umpire called that no-ball correctly, Ross Taylor would have been in the hut and NZ even further in trouble. A good last over this from Razzak though!

Shuvo's bowling really well from his figures at least. He got his favourite player out too, good on him. :)

Still think NZ is going to pull it off though. Tail will contribute and make 180-odd, and Bangladesh will characteristically self implode

I dunno about that. The more time that passes on the whole match fixing affair, the more I feel like the ground work is being done to sweep the whole thing under the rug. And Gul is pretty awesome.

Gayle >>> any of our big three. They also have Chanders to grind 'em down and Sarwan to nurdle it.

That would've been an attrocious way for Taylor to get out.

Tests or ODIs?

Gayle is pretty good, but Sarwan has been injured for yonks and Chanders form was pretty rotten last I looked.

Umar Gul's reverse swing would be a very big challenge for Bangladesh.

Yeah, going by the confidence of the the players involved, I think they have connections to somehow get themselves out of this spot
