Geez. Some silly running here. Not just the near run-out, but now taking on Ricky Ponting of all people. Just lucky he missed, which is unusual for him.

Gavaskar is getting quite annoyed here and rightly so, brainless stuff.
He NEVER hits the stumps anymore. Reckon the Rixky Ponting nearly always hits the stumps thing is as overdone as the Mark Waugh never drops catches in the slips thing. They were both absolute guns, but near the end of their career commentators abused that line with both of them.

Disagree tbh. Hit quite a few times in the England ODI series. Was ridiculously accurate last year.

I love Viru when he's like this.

Almost run out twice and doesn't care, just continues on his merry way.

Jeez I can't get over what a kid George looks. Not like yer archetypal Aussie seamer to put it politely. Merv Hughes must be turning in his grave.

Ridiculous tactics by the Australians to Sehwag - simply playing him in

Short ball should be the surprise tactic not the stock ball plus it's really ****ing hard to tell what's coming down given the field

Clearly this is going to be a big test for George. On the flip side Sehwag will always give you a chance and getting his wicket would be a huge confidence boost as well.
