He's not a great batsman at all yet, tbh. Not by a loooooong stretch.

Okay, well if you want to be pedantic with the word great, you can surely admit he is a good batsman. And he isn't always boring to watch. And as I say that another pair of BEAUTIFUL shots by Sehwag

Road war for the Indian batsman. Dhoni must be kicking himself as Aus should have been shot out for at least 100 less.

Re: Katich. It's how many that matters, not how. And how can you dislike a guy whose very grit is made up of smaller, harder bits of grit?
No-one was suggesting otherwise; no need to get defensive. :p

Don't really like watching Katich bat heaps either but there's no doubt he's a gun.

Johnson, once the third best paceman in the Aus attack (after Lee and McGrath) is now their main bowler. They still win a lot, but they're a shadow of their former selves.

Sehwag's at 37 already?? WTH.

Whaaaaaaaaat
Haha I'm aware I have very unconventional tastes when it comes to what I like watching when it comes to batting, but Sehwag definitely isn't my cup of tea. Stays leg side of the ball and just tried to carve it through the off 90% of the time, although I will admit I quite like his on side shots when he plays there. No doubt he's an awesome batsman and that it's very effective but there are quite a few I'd rather watch.

Re. Gambhir:

He's all right, but I have a theory he will **** like an Alsatian dog when he gets on bouncy wickets. Im not calling him that good til then.

But my opinion is clouded by the fact he's a complete ****, obviously.

Short leg, Ricky, maybe?

Wouldn't fancy it much myself, but if Johnson's gonna bowl short to Sehwag you gotta give him a chance.

Thought Hauritz might keep it tight early on. He's just given the best Test batsman in the world a full toss and a half volley first up...shows what I know...

Bloody Sehwag carving it up again. I thought Bollinger and Hilfenhaus bowled decent in the first few overs but then lost it after that. The short stuff wasn't up to standard either.

Hauritz on..
