MAN I cannot stand Gambhir the most boring batsmen of all times with the exception of Simon Katich, can you get off the freaking strike, let Sehwag bat for gods sake.

Freaking hate the way he tries to stylishly pose after playing an uncomfortable defensive bat hanging.
You may not like his style, sir, but he is a great batsman with a soooperb record.

I'm thinking Tim Paine is a much better batsman than his F/C record suggests - looking at some of the highlights he looks a very decent player. Good innings, son...

Flatters to deceive, tbh. Has looked a millions bucks to 50 then thrown it away in the past.

Gambhir looking very cheeky today, reckon he knows it a good deck. Can't find the middle yet thankfully.

Who Gambhir? My ass. Guy has only played 5 tests outside the subcontinent, 2 against Zimbabwe and 3 against New Zealand.

He's not a great batsman at all yet, tbh. Not by a loooooong stretch.

Nah, would say Cook is equally if not worse to watch than Katich.
DWTA. Cook's horrible to watch, but I've never come across a batsman I hate watching more than Simon Katich. Can't stand watching him bat, probably doesn't help that he's Australian though TBH.

Quick question; Do Indian TV stations have standards as far as picking commentators go? Sivaramakrishnan and Hogg is quite possibly the worst commentary duo I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. Dire doesn't even begin to describe it.

God, completely agree. Even notwithstanding the bogan Aussie gold standard of "They love their cricket here in India", been village.

Same here. Katich = least favourite international batsman at the moment from any country.

Gambhir's awful to watch too. Cook I don't mind so much.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot about Phil Hughes. Takes the cake in the hideous to watch factor.

haha, just had a comment from Hogg about Indian wristy batting. Just need a mention of the smiling, humble Indian people despite having few material possessions to complete the boganfecta.

Re: Katich. It's how many that matters, not how. And how can you dislike a guy whose very grit is made up of smaller, harder bits of grit?

Is there a wee hint of Mike Haysman about Bev's voice? Reminds me of someone anyway.

Man, that's a shot. Rocks onto the back foot and caressed tthru the covers. Then a full on front foot drive. Dreamytime.

Wow, the second four of that over was awesome. Even I loved it and I don't really like watching Sehwag bat at all. He played it like it was an underpitched off break. Rocked back and hammered it.
