We're going around in circles here. I think where we differ is that you look at each series in isolation while I don't believe in doing that. There wouldn't be much difference between England winning and drawing the next Ashes series in my opinion, and probably most English fans as well.

Yes, but that wasn't the point. Clearly drawing is better than losing.

The point was there wouldn't be much difference in a draw or a win. I won't speak for the English fans on CW, but winning is a much better feeling than drawing.

I would be surprised if there's any English fans who would be as happy with a draw as a win. Happy with a draw, perhaps, but a win would be much better.

Of course, we're pretty much certain to win 5-0. I'm not sure why we're even discussing the draw.
