Having seen a number of videos involving ladies and balls bouncing off chins I'd have to say that, in my opinion, this is one of the worst.

The poor lad was frustrated because a wicket hadn't fallen for 75 minutes. Can't wait to see his reaction in Australia when 4 or 5 hours without a wicket is a distinct possibility.

He'll probably be quite happy at smacking yet another Australian bowler to the fence.

Ha, man alive. Cricinfo rapidly turning into a sanctuary for all the ****wits from YouTube, it seems. Some people seem forever balanced on the edge of blaming it all on a conspiracy theory, "A fine? His father a match referee? Shadowy figure on the grassy knoll? It's so obvious. I must log on to tell the world! If only I'd evolved opposable thumbs..."

Stupid action, and his apology looked weak at best, but first offence of that description, so a fine fair enough. I found the charge down the pitch claiming the wicket to be more unpleasant especially as I, sitting at home watching on TV, could see straight away that the batsman had missed it by a mile.

Yeah, that pretty much covers it. Headline should've read:

"Excitable bowler does penisy thing - Makes self look penis. Fined for efforts. World yawns and carries on"

I am glad he was fined. Totally deserved it. If he wasnt fined, I would have been forced to believe Sunil Gavaskar on this issue.

But at the same time, his apology was a joke, a pathetic excuse for one, hence he deserved a 100% fine.
