I probably would have went for Clem Hill over Allan Steel if I knew we were going to do a SIM for adjusted averages.
I was wondering why no one picked Clem Hill. He wasn't available to me when it was my turn in the 1800's..

Yeah I regret not going for him now.

Whoever said we should pick 12 players, I agree with them :)

Also, I think I'm going to be away on my short break when it gets to my turn, the picks seemed to have dropped off lately. lol.

Hill was surely one of the top 6 players of 1900-1914, along with Barnes, Hobbs, Rhodes, Faulkner and Trumper. If I get an option, I would be elated to get Hill in exchange for Ulyett.

I would have picked Hill but got one oppurtunity to pick him but went for Wilfred Rhodes there.

Real men balance teams in 11 rounds. I don't get it. When the draft started, people were all snobby and couldn't wait to get to the Pre War era. Now that we've been there, people realise it wasn't all that flash and they'd prefer to make an extra pick from more conventional and well known eras.

We weren't all waiting to get to the pre war era, I'm just looking for an opportunity to select Mike Garnham.

Then I read the 10 cap minimum rule. Damn.
