Umm, that's Warne's fault how exactly? Should have taken the kid round the back of the sheds and given him a belting. Problem solved.

He idolised Warne and called himself Warnie and did it because Warne did it. He was a young spinner.

The end of the story is that the kid was picked to represent Canada against a touring MCC eleven. He started bad mouthing the MCC players for 6 or 7 hours while in the field one day. The MCC players had a meeting and decided on payback. They bowled in an intimidatory way to him without any attempt to dismiss him for 1/2 an hour - and finally all eleven players circled around him and hurled insults at him.

The kid was never the same luckily. Thanks to the MCC but Warne started it.

S.Waugh book is the best autobio of a cricketer I have read and I was a big fan of his during the playing days but then no Pakistani should go against Imran.

I'm going to go for Tugga - never liked him but was urging him over the line for that ton at the SCG in 02/03 - delighted to see the bastard out cheaply in the second dig mind
