How should India and BCCI help to GLOBALIZE CRICKET ?

$380 + $120 million for players and stadiums etc. you get your facts right before giving wrong info

BCCI is more powerful and 100 times more rich than ICC so why cant they do this little for the most loved sport in india

Mate, The example you are giving in relation with the world is flawed. The UN is more like the ICC,(The UN has significantly lower control over its members as compared to the ICC's control over cricket in it's member nations, of course.) The utterly ludicrous proposal you are promoting is like asking the Canadian govt to spend 1/3rd of its income on the development of Vietnam, Mexico and Nigeria without any reason what so ever other than plain goodwill, you can either live in your Utopian fantasy and assume the BCCI will spend all it's money on spreading cricket instead of doing what is good for Indian cricket or face reality and come to terms with the fact that BCCI is not Amnesty Int. with a bloated bank account.

But the Indian Cricket is in a humongous shape or a giant compared to all other nations it doesnt need anything anymore

The other boards does not even have half the money of the BCCI

They can at least donate the money as a loan

I think Chris Martin would be better off batting in the spinplay overs to be honest, although he's more likely to have a rush of blood to the head against spinners so may get out cheaply.
