I’m stuck in a Twilight Zone episode. There’s no other way to explain Pakistan winning 2 consecutive games against Aus. ALMOST gives me hopes for a decent fight ahead.

Calm down guys. None of us can unilateraly decide anything. We're all over the world, it takes a time for people to give their opinions. Ignore him.

No they are not.... This Australian side is a very good 20 20 outfit, Pakistan are just the best 20 20 team in the world, especially with Gul and Akhtar in the attack.
The World T20 suggests otherwise. Too many passengers in the batting line-up and in the field.

Pakistan are also the only team to make the semis or better in all 3 T20 World Cups.

They're clearly gun at the format.

If it was about making the semis then New Zealand would be a successful side.

Pakistan have far too many passengers. England were miles ahead of everyone else in the most recent world-wide contest because essentially everyone in the team contributed.

Haha, as funny as that post is, the key word is "semis or better'.

They were one shot away from a win in 2007, won it in 2009 and were one amazing innings away from another shot in 2010. They're a good team. I'm not saying they're the best, but they're bloody good.

And the best T20 bowler in the world didn't play in that World Cup, so making the semis without him was an achievement in itself.

NZ is a very good T20 side IMO.

You have to get out of the box of ODIs and Tests to rate teams in T20. England surely out played every other team in the WC they played against. But i still don't agree that they are the best T20 team out there.

Completely agree to this...

The 2 recent T20s go on to show how important Umar Gul is at death for Pak.

As i have said many times. Australia is a fluke T20 team...
no they're not. They're a good team as they have got some serious hitters and some good fast bowlers in their team. But Pakistan is probably the best T20 team in the history of the format.
