off the chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarts good

sledger I disagree, don't think we needed anyone making the save at this point. Next time you have someone making the save.

This could be amazing, so hyped to see where this goes.

Did they kill the Undertaker?!
Oh yeah AWTA, I wouldn't suggest that the save at this stage, that would have killed the momentum before it had even begun. In fact I would say they hold off on the save for as long as possible for maximum effect. All of the NXT guys look really threatening and have a certain presence already just from this one segment, they're all off the charts hot and have some sort of menacing quality that you can't create. This is a very exciting time. Really hope this is not somehow botched, but I can't see it happening. It's going to be great.

Who do you think will head up the group, will it be Cole (who conveniently escpaed), Jericho, Regal (newly freed of any managing duties) or Barrett (who has a title shot for any title as a result of winning NXT), I reckon it'll be one of the four.

Hope it will be Barrett tbh. Some Michael Cole involvement will be most welcome though.

Edit: Love the avatar Manee, a friend of mine actually owns that album, and several of his others.

I think Jericho could be a logical choice, as he doesn't really have a lot else on his plate at the moment and would bring a lot of credibility to the storyline, but I don't think it really needs him at this stage.

Raw was awful this week but I really did enjoy that ending. We haven't seen an ending like that on Raw for years. It was exciting, it was out of the blue and it left viewers asking questions at the end of the show something which Raw hasn't had for a long time.

It seems like Wade Barrett is the leader with Bryan Danielson as his second in command and that's perfectly fine with me. I thought Heath Slater, Skip Sheffield and Justin Gabriel all played their parts really well too.

Love the idea of a strong new faction of up and coming stars ready to tear down the WWE. The interesting thing was that it wasn't just an attack on John Cena, it was an attack on everything in WWE from the ring, to the set to even the announcers, it was just really well done.

The interesting question is where do they go from here? I hope that they don't mess this up as this has the potential to be one of the most exciting storylines in recent times.

Watched that RAW purely randomly when I was downstairs looking for a snack and flicked the TV on, and then remembered 'Page was on the show so I thought I'd give it a watch. Was pretty dire overall and I wasn't keen that the A-team guys stayed in character the whole time 'cause Rampage is a funny bastard, think the 'E dropped the ball on not letting him be himself. But yeah the ending was amazing, been following NXT pretty closely and I'm loving the way the whole thing has been going down. Definitely gonna have me tuning in to WWE regularly for a while if it goes well I think. Man I really hope there is a massive faction vs faction war.

Evan Bourne is reportedly in line for a 'serious' push. Bourne's push came partly because John Cena personally went to Vince McMahon and basically told him that the company was dropping the ball by not pushing Bourne.

Another part of the reason was that with Daniel Bryan and Kaval coming up to the main roster, WWE wants to condition fans to accept a small guy as a main eventer.

The company's mentality is that the best people entering the wrestling industry are generally of the smaller variety and they have to establish that small-sized wrestlers can headline or else face major depth issues in the future.
Can only be a good thing imho. Have seen a lot of really good talent held back (allegedly) because of their size, like Taz, and even to a lesser extent Eddie, Benoit and Jericho. Will be interesting to see how far this goes.

Well they continued this NXT angle at an FCW show where it was supposed to be Christian and Heath Slater vs The Miz and Bryan Danielson. It turns out that when Christian came out, he mentioned what happened on Raw and demanded that Heath Slater come out and explain to him why the NXT Rookies destroyed Cena and everything else.

Heath Slater comes out and says that for a while they had a good thing going but eventually they finished fourth and that it was not good enough. All of a sudden out comes Bryan Danielson and starts attacking Christian. The Miz comes out and is a babyface tonight and helps Christian fight off Bryan Danielson and Heath Slater.

It's then that all the NXT Rookies come out and repeat the destruction on Raw. Bryan Danielson kicks The Miz's head in and Heath Slater gives Christian the Killswitch. It looks like that this angle is serious, but the question is why would you do it at an FCW event that nobody will ever see and not on a Raw or Smackdown? It seems like a perfect segment that you would do on a major show on television.

Here is the link on Youtube to some footage of the event.

WTF? Bryan Danielson released! Is this part of the storyline or for real? Who really even knows anymore. If it is for real, WWE have dropped the ball big time as Bryan along with Wade Barrett was the stand out out of all the NXT Rookies. Bryan Danielson was the best thing to come to WWE for a very long time and for the last three months or so has been the most compelling and entertaining character in the entire WWE.

The Internet is buzzing. However it seems now that it is most likely a work and part of the storyline. If it is all part of the storyline then it's a really interesting development. Also it's probably the first time that WWE have published a fake story about a wrestler geting released on their website.

I hope it's a work but I'm reading that some higher-ups were unhappy with him choking out the ring announcer and spitting on John Cena, both of which were edited out of the NXT and Smackdown re-runs of the beatdown. Hopefully it is a work. Really hopefully as things are hotting up.

Who really knows anymore? But it certainly looks legitimate. But seriously, after all the crazy **** that WWE has pulled throughout the years, to be fired for choking out Justin Roberts and spitting on John Cena is a pretty lame excuse.

Oh, I agree. I'm desperately hoping it's a work, he has been so good to watch of late. They've invested so much more time in him that to release him would be very odd. The E is big on its good worked shoots lately and hopefully this is another.
