Commentators still talking like KP is yet to figure out left-arm spin, sorted it out weeks ago, ask Shakib. Awesome over for RCB there, KP really is playing beautifully. White > Pietersen? I don't think so.

Should just drop selfish slow scoring Kallis, let KP open and get White in. Kallis's bowling usually gets smashed everywhere anyway so White's spinners wouldn't be any worse.

Can't say I agree with that tbh. Kallis may have played a couple of poor knocks, but he's made over 500 runs in the competition, at over 50 with a strike rate of 120.54. Don't see how that's poor tbh, has a superior strike-rate to Gibbs, Bopara, Ganguly and Pandey; identical to Dinesh Karthik's and only 5 short of Symonds', Tiwary's, Mathews' and Voges'; yet he's scored far more runs than all those guys. I'd find it very hard to drop him, and am happy with the current choice of overseas players. Also offers a much better 5th bowling option than White too.

50 up for Pietersen off just 24 balls. His 4th innings in the IPL this year, and his 2nd half century. This really is KP at his very best.

As far as Bangalore is concerned, KP should ALWAYS be the first player picked
As for Rajastan, unless you're a club side, whenever Watto is the best bowler (sorry Warnie, you're 40 AND retired) you'll be in trouble

What is going on? Another English batsman run-out by an Indian player that doesn't run. Was KP's call again too. Irritating beyond belief.
Actually, looks like that one was 50-50. Was quite obviously a run on, but Kohli did shout no pretty swiftly.

They had plenty enough time to make a single, but Kohli clearly called no very early so KP has only himself to blame.

As I predicted earlier, although that was KP's fault because Kohli said no and never left the crease.

Think it was 50-50 personally. KP shouldn't have run after Kohli's clear shout of no, but there was clearly a run on and Kohli should have listened to the non-strikers call, as it shouldn't have been his call. Ruined KP's average too, which is annoying.
