So, latest cracked bone in the leg for Arsenal. Is it just a coincidence or deliberate dirty play and targetting soft Arsenal players?

Discuss
Yeah because the Cesc injury is comparable to Ramsey/Eduardo/Diaby in every way imaginable.

I've got a better idea. Gallas and Arshavin both went down with recurrances of injuries after being rushed back too soon. Is Arsenal's physio team ****e?

Discuss.
Arshavin got through a good section of the Birmingham game so Wenger obviously thought it was worth the risk. It has nothing to do with the Arsenal physio team, Wenger said himself that Arshavin, Gallas and Cesc were all "gambles". They just didn't pay off. He was never under the impression they were fully fit.

Yeah, was a gambler's punt; it didn't come off but at least no one could accuse Arsene of not having a crack.

Probly jizzed up the rest of the season for us, but T*ttenham away aside, reckon the players we have fit (with RvP due back in a fortnight or so too) should have enough to win every game we have left.

Did you (or any of the other Arsenal fans on here) have a gut feeling that this would happen? So many injuries to key players.

Well when we took as many risks as you did you don't fancy the chances of all three making it through the game unscathed. To lose all three is a bit of a kick in the theeth though.

My gut instinct is usually "Feck, we're gonna lose, Wenger will leave and we'll sell all our best players" so am rarely disappointed, tbh.

Think it was always a possibility with blokes who aren't 100% but, like I said, I'd rather go down swinging than on our backs waiting for our belly to be tickled.

Does that mean he'll be back then though?

No, our squad is ****e and we're forced to take these kinds of panic risks on injury prone players in big games because of it. I think I've offered a solution on here before. Something about whenever we sell a big player for big money going out and replacing him or something like that.

Fair call.

I've no idea why this always happens, I'm just throwing one possible solution out there. There has to be some reason why, amongst other things, Arsenal's players suffer injury recurrances so much more often than anyone else's.

West Ham: harden the **** up.

Not like they had a European quarter-final for the first time in their history, oh, wait...
Was hardly on the same level as Wolves' incident and as Roy Hodgson says of the guys he chose to play instead, 2 are internationals and the other's just been sold for 10Mil.

Isn't like they put someone like George Friend on the pitch..

So, good win for Pickup & grecian's boys. Bit of a cushion between them and the rest.

We badly need the points tonight. We're a game behind most teams so even though everyone plays tomorrow, a win tonight will tell us a lot aboutp our 'true' position, if that makes sense. Only thing is, we're playing Norwich.

John King used to call Easter weekend the final hurdle in the horse race that was the footy season. Quite conceivable that we could get 0 points from 6, it really is crunch time now

Get behind the whites people, you know you want to. Sky Sports 1, 7.45 :)

Come on you Canaries

Exeter's win has really left us in Brown smelly stuff

Still in our own hands as we have to play Wycombe, Leyton Orient, Stockport & Exeter but we are in no form what so ever.
