Yes!!! Great comeback from Zaheer!

What a win this could be for MI! Right from the brink!

And probably the most vociferous crowd in IPL so far. Packed to the hilt.

What a WIN!

Malinga returning awesome figures of 3-12... Zak came back for 3-21, Sachin made a priceless 55

But it was Harbhajan Singh 49* and 3-31 who has determined the fate of this match!

Tendulkar is obviously in superb form. Has he completely ruled out playing in the TT world cup or is there some possibility he could be available? Having at the top of the order would be amazing.

And yes it's great to get the video highlights online. Why doesn't Cricinfo or someone do this for international cricket? They could put an ad or two with each clip and make decent money.

I think they obviously don't have video rights for all games they cover. However, the games that ESPN-Star Cricket cover, they can probably do it. The youtube-IPL integration is brilliant.

I am sure they could arrange a deal with at least some of the rights owners where they get a cut of the ad revenue that is generated. It's not as if the average test match highlights package is earning a huge amount of money elsewhere.

Anyway I hate a lot of the marketing gimmicks in IPL like Karbon Kamaal Catch and Citi Moment of Success but like you say, the Youtube integration is great and I hope other cricket broadcasters follow suti.

$720000 for a bloke that's only played 5 T20 games (before today), taking 2 wickets at 61 with an economy of 8.13, and that economy is boosted by 2 performances against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. In 3 games against quality opposition his economy read 9.66, 15.00 and 16.50. Not sure he's such a good buy for Deccan, massively over-rated I feel. Still a better deal than KKR and Ishant Sharma though. I hope I'm proven wrong regarding Roach, as I like Deccan, but I personally can't see him having a big impact on this tournament.

Yeah, Manee, I see the resemblance in the actions.
You wouldn't judge the quality of a test bowler on his stats after he's only bowled for 15 overs in his career, why are you doing it for T20?

Fair point about his lack of experience though.

Also, lol that Deccan taking the wicket of Tendulkar with four overs to go could well have cost them the match. T20 so bizarre.

If it was a bid for a test match or 4 day competition I would think those figures are justified as he has unbelievable potential. But as you say he has hardly played any T20's and to spend that much money on him was a big gamble.

Still he was looking very good after bowling 3 overs 0/13. Shame he hasn't learned to fire in his yorkers at the death. He has a very good yorker in his opening spell so I can't understand why he was bowling length at a lower order batsman in murderous form.
