*Official* England in Bangladesh

Good effort from Bangladesh to get to 260, going to be a tough chase for England. Hopefully Kieswetter and Pietersen will get a few.

260 is not the worst return in the world, but it really could have been 280 with some slightly better batting from Imrul. 63 off 113 is not my idea of playing the anchor role, it's just pretty poor batting and suggestive of an inability to find the gaps and use his wrists to move the ball around.

We have some genuine quality with the bat in Mushfiq, Shakib, Mahmudullah and Naeem and IMO all could have been relied on to steer us through to a good position at the 40th over if Imrul had gone out earlier.

Still, delighted with Shuvo's debut with the bat and I hope it puts him and ease and allows him to do himself justice with the ball.

Yes good finish in those last couple of overs, perhaps I've not right to be over-confident, but I do think at this stage that on reflection Bangladesh may be a little disappointed they didn't reach more 275, and I feel that would be more what they need to win this game. However, I have been known to be wrong before.

It is very much a competitive total, but had the powerplay been taken while Mushfiqur was in and set, and they had managed a few more boundaries in the last 10 overs then 275 would certainly have been possible.

Luke Wright bowled well, and Tim Bresnan did another solid job.

Yes you're right about Imrul, better rotation of the strike was needed, his strike rate of 55 was not good enough really.

Some nice hitting from Shuvo at the end, and that was probably required earlier than when it came.

Could be an interesting chase.

To Bangladesh's credit, they were making sure they batted out their 50 overs today, so perhaps you can understand them not going for the boundaries earlier than they did. The taking of the powerplay still remains a bad decision to me.

Bangladesh a real shot here. Eng just need to make sure they don't lose any early wickets and ensure panic stations doesn't set in.

Honestly, England will win by 7 Wickets

Rubel is not a Limited Overs Bowler, Razzak is Useless, In the end of the Day Naeem is Still a Part Timer.

Shakib is the only one I can Trust

Shafiul and Shuvo hae to wait and see

The demise of Razzak, Rasel and Mortaza as decent international bowlers are more than we can absorb. We can wonder all we want about why our improved performances with the bat haven't translated into the odd ODI win, but the simple fact is that we used to have three international class bowlers out of whom one is now permanently injured and two have deteriorated into club standard bowlers.

Kieswetter gets away with a chance on 0 again. Off the mark in his first 2 ODi's with an outside edge through slip.

 Same shot 2nd ball and he's gone. Not been at all convincing in his short career so far.

Kieswetter goes early doors. Should have been out the ball before, then gets another nick and is on his way back. Poor start, not a very clever shot so early.

Someone tell me what all the fuss is about Kieswetter. Crap keeper. Only scores on roads. Only scored for England when he's been missed countless times.

He's like Prior but worse.

And there's the early wicket England needed to avoid.

Have a funny feeling Bangladesh will get up here.

England bat deep though.
