I'd prefer them to bring in a foreign commentator, tbh. No offence to Kasper, but they badly need some sort of balance.
Think most touring teams (at least India and England) have their own teams on tour covering the game. If it's only Aussies listening they won't bother. In their eyes Greig fills the "foreigner" quote just fine.

Thats ****e imo. The test series get broadcast all over the world, they should have at least one guy representing the opposition.

Stinks of jobs for the boys.

Nine should certainly have guest commentators, even just for special comments now and again. I think the primary reason they dont (aside from not give a ****) is how packed it is. They cant seem to get rid of anyone plus you've got all this new blood coming through like Warne, Gilchrist, and possibly Hayden and Langer.

Decent catch that. All over us right now.
Has been a terrible display by Oz today - wasted good bowling conditions, dropped catches and now the batting is proving totally inadequate against some reasonable bowling

Given how quickly he jumps on the bandwagon if a team looks like beating Australia he covers the 'overseas' category fairly completely.

"This has been a master-class from Michael Clarke" says Mark Nicholas

He's 33* you idiot

Now that doesn't sound like Nicholas. Depends on what you were looking for when you attended the masterclass. If it was explicit instruction on how to be 33* then Clarke is in as good a position as anyone to conduct the class at the moment.

Pakistans bowling crapping all over ours. Clarke and White look good though, there's still hope!

Yousuf's fields for the quicks have been okay but this is just comical with their spinners. Building nicely with no risk here.

Two batters that were slow at times last season have started the new decade nicely. Impressed with both players so far, White looked dodgy for two balls but survived and now hes taking the attack back to Pakistan.
