To compare them on equal FC careers which Kuhn is proving to be better. I am sure if Kuh had a test career to compare with Bouchers that would be better too.
You do realise a lot of players do better in FC cricket compared to internationals but fail to make the grade in international cricket? It is far tougher to succeed in international cricket, some thing which Boucher has done.

What you are saying is like saying x is a better player than Tendulkar because he has a better FC record.

Please font tell me what I am saying. The point I am trying to make is as simple as I explained. I would hate to know who is Bouchers succesor if Kuhn aint going to be? If he is not good enough now then I doubt he is going to be when Boucher retires. If you want to make the argument about players doing better or worse when they play international cricket then just take a squiz through all todays players and most(if not all) have a 5 runs difference between their FC average and test cricket(better or worse) if Kuhn had an international average of 35 I would be more than happy as that is still better than Boucher.

I enjoyed this on Cricinfo

"Do you happen to know where I could watch Ian Bell's dismissal?" asks Pete. "I read your commentary about it and I want to watch it really badly!" How cruel. No need to see it really, Pete. Just imagine the worst misjudgment you've ever seen, and double it
I'm keen to see it too. Missed it last night. Will have to check Youtube.

AB de Villiers would have to be in my top 3 batsman worldwide that I enjoy watching at the moment.

50 more and I'd say Smith needs to start planning a declaration. Funny old game :(
I wonder how brave fatboy is feeling. From an English pov, you wouldn't fancy us chasing anything over 250, but obviously SA couldn't declare with that sort of lead. If the weather forecasts are correct, SA'll probably bat long enough to save England's bacon.

What a catch. Skittle the bottom five quickly and we've still got a sniff. I said before that if we were set 250 it would be a thriller. A big ask for us to take the wickets that quickly, but let's see.

If South Africa fail to win the series India remain #1 right? If so, come on the England!
Won't happen mate - we're just far too polite as guests. Should have happened if captain thicky had made the right choice after winning the toss, but there you go. We'll need the rain to save us this time and SA'll be stronger next time aroud with Steyn back.

EDIT
I must do that more often ...

Yeah great catch by Bell, should see him in the team for another 20 Tests :)

I doubt South Africa will declare with any more than 5 overs left in the day.

That would certainly leave them safe from losing the game. But am I right in thinking the weather forecast for tomorrow is rain and lots of it? If so, Smith should be looking for his batsmen to have a dart for an hour or so after tea, get them 300 ahead, and see what happens in the last hour and a bit when we bat after two and a bit sessions in the field.

As I said, we'll see how brave he's feeling.

Botham arguing that teams shouldn't lose their referrals in the situation like the two referrals we made earlier.

I have no problem with that being given not out in real time. However for the review system to be given any respect then that is ludicrous and embarrassing. The argument that it's only designed to avoid howlers is risible. If you have technology in use but then ignore it at an arbitrary point to the degree shown there - to paraphrase Beefy, that was knocking leg stump out the ground - it just makes everyone look stupid.
